Another Pokemon encountered during the 24 July dragon swarm, Dart is Lonely and tends to be alert to sounds. Both of these were what drew him to Cassandra, and he's very happy to have found a Trainer and some new friends. He was level 14 when he joined her.
Evolved into Drakloak during their first week back in Goldenrod after the Sinnoh trip. Is immensely happy about this. Evolved again, into Dragapult, during Cassandra's eighteenth week in Johto, again in Goldenrod.
